I believe food is more than just a plate on the table it’s connection, culture, and creativity.
My journey began in Venezuela, where I studied Communication before transitioning into the culinary world. Over the years, I’ve worked in renowned restaurants in New York and Miami, created pop-up concepts, and collaborated with new hospitality projects, developing menus and training teams. Each experience shaped my understanding that food is a powerful form of expression one that unites people and tells stories.
In Miami, I founded Happy Kitchen Studio, a space born from my desire to share my passion and connect through food. Here, I host cooking classes, private dinners, and creative culinary experiences designed to inspire others to explore their creativity and find joy in the process.
Today, my focus has expanded beyond the kitchen. Through my personal brand, I combine everything I love cooking for people, teaching, mentoring chefs, and helping others find purpose and fulfillment in what they do.
My philosophy is simple: passion, perseverance, and love for people. With a strong work ethic and a creative spirit, I’ve built my own opportunities — and now, my mission is to help others create theirs, living from what they love and serving the world in their own way.
