Liz Colmenares Espina Venezuelan studied Communication at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Was CEO of Dopamina Advertising Agency in Venezuela for 5 years working in campaigns with international brands such as Church's Chicken, Subway, Santiago Premium among others, in Latin America.

In 2014 she began her culinary studies at the Mariano Moreno Gastronomic Institute in Caracas. In 2016 she decided to create a franchise-style brand starting with two branches, Amanda Cookies Venezuela.

In 2018 after traveling for a month in Asia, she decided to move to New York and started her gastronomic career, working at The De Maria and Fortina Restaurants.

When winter came, she went to Miami and began working at Copper Blues Doral until the end of 2019.


In 2020 she decided to merge her passions, Digital Marketing applied to gastronomy, her passion for service, and the psychology behind a plate, and created The Blue Plate, a Vegan Pop-Up with Middle Eastern notes, aimed at a young audience. in Boca Raton, Fl.
